Are you reacting to a behaviour another is displaying that you don’t like about yourself?
If they are telling a story you may not have healed your own pain - you’re not just relating to it, you may be reliving the experience.
Are you intimidated? Some emotions such as anger, or a controlling/ authoritative manner maysend you into flight mode.
