Most of us are ambiverts and need different kinds of rest and recharging. Spoon Theory teaches us that energy needs to be managed carefully. We should all find our own ways to manage our energy levels and not just rely on one method. Remember that taking time to rest and relax, as it’s essential for sustaining our energy levels.
