Hey gang, Darcy here.  Back in January 2020, I went to a Healing Breath circle and had my first astral experience.  I can't remember much about the experience, just a feeling that I wasn't in my body.  For the following few days, I had this fantastic sense of an electrical energy field between my hands whenever I acted like I was holding an imaginary 6-inch rubber ball.  Unfortunately, that energy faded quickly, and I've never figured out how to get it back.

When I mentioned it to Donita, she hit “record" and started explaining how to develop the ability to feel and see this magical energy.  She also walked me through her technique with clients in this type of healing energy work, where she guides them into the astral plane and through healing encounters with elemental energies.
