Kat Mayer is an amazing individual who, like everyone else, has her own story and personal journey. She shares her story with us and discusses how she's always felt a strong connection with the Universe even though she was raised Catholic. Kat is a Yoga instructor, as well as a Energy Practitioner who specializes in using vocal sound healing during her sessions. It was wonderful getting to know Kat more and I hope everyone enjoys!
