We are still diving into Kundalini and the Central Meridian but at the level of how these two energy currents affect our perception of reality. The meditation is a guided meditation to activate and merge the Kundalini with the Central Meridian and to have the 3rd, 4th and 6th energy centre from the Central Meridian to be above the respective chakras of the Kundalini.
