Shifting energy can be tough. Especially when we’re use to doing it a certain way. Sometimes as we grow we aren’t able to utilize those same ways to shift energy when traumatic things happen in our life. We have to find a few way or ways to shift in a way that is positive and most beneficial. I discuss some ways that I’m doing that so reverting back to the old ways isn’t an option. It takes work, consistency, and discipline to do so.
