In this episode of Energy Therapy in Real Time, RM brings a longstanding pattern of pain through the left side of her body, alongside a deeper emotional theme of holding on and struggling with complex relationships. As the session unfolds, we explore how experiences from her past, inherited family patterns, synchronicities  and a tendency to over-give and carry too much for others may be connected to the tension she holds within herself. In this episode we gently move beneath the physical experience into themes of martyrdom, dogmatic views, safety, resentment, fear and emotional holding, creating space for greater softness, self-compassion and movement.

In this episode of Energy Therapy in Real Time, Louise talks about stress she is wanting to transform around her upcoming travel adventure with her children.

The session took us into Louise’s reactive pattern around stress and her habitual responses to verbally explode or shutdown. In the context of travelling internationally, Louise is seeking harmonisation of this stress pattern to feel confident and capable in leading herself and her children through novel and potentially challenging experiences, that will likely invoke stress at times.

A deeper family pattern was revealed by working with Louise’s heart as her desire to offer her children an emotionally mature and stable adult presence was very solid and clear, and this intention was enjoyable to work with in the energy space.
