On Monday, Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway announced a nearly $10 billion dollar enterprise value deal for Berkshire to acquired the natural gas distribution and processing assets of Dominion Energy. At the same time, we’ve seen multiple court decisions in the past week targeted toward delaying or preventing the construction of new pipelines.
