I am delighted to interview the wonderful Lu Li who is the founder of Blooming Founders - a community supporting female start ups in the tech sector.

Lu Li is the author of 'Dear Female Founder" which features letters highly successful business women would send their 'younger selves' if they were starting their businesses again. Lu Li is a fabulous guest and among other things she shared her three top tips for communicating with her community and clients.

1. Really understand the other person and empathise with them.

2. Be patient and really LISTEN to them.

3. Have confidence to go up to people at network events and talk to them!
