Engearment Podcast Sean Sewell and Jeff Sokol - On Being Strong For Life

Jeff Sokol is a true legend in the health and fitness industry.  He has been a StrongFirst Team Leader for many students of strength.  He is also StrongFirst Elite - meaning he as completed the SFG1, SFG2, SFB, and SFL.  Not an easy thing to do!

We talk about adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic as fitness professionals, as outdoor-loving people, as snowboarders, and as leaders. 

I knew Jeff was an awesome person, given that almost every StrongFirst person that knows him, recommends that we chat.  And I can see why!  This man is a true leader, full of strength, full of openness and kindness.
