Tyler Valencia of KIPS on Creating Fitness Education, Highland Games and Online Coaching

Tyler is the owner of KIPS - Kinesiology Institute for Performace Specialists.  They provide online and in-person courses and certifications for personal trainers and fitness professionals.  I have gone through one of their certifications and found it very helpful and professional. 

In this conversation, we cover the why and how Tyler created KIPS.  What courses and certifications they offer, what accreditations are covered and what it is like to create a fitness education institution.
