I wanted to take a minute and have a raw chat about it because I think it's really important. At the end of the day, we all have the ability to engineer our lives and craft the story we want for ourselves. Whether that means being a doctor, and engineer or traveling the world. You just need to take a step back, decide what you want and then engineer your life because no one else will.

Starting a podcast was no easy task.... At first I thought it was as simple as "I just talk to people". Yeah, I was wrong about that. It's lighting, guest prep, booking, editing and then also having a good conversation.
