Episode # 13. Pinkee Chouhan shares about 'Specific Needs of A Learner'.

All the kids have some rudimentary essential needs, which is satisfied in a balanced manner, help them to build a strong personality. It is therefore so pertinent to recognize those specific needs. It isn't easy to teach kids at a pre-primary school without identifying the same specific needs of kids.

1.  Nature with love and Care: Kids of pre-primary should be provided with a home environment to get involved in productive activities.

2. Guidance:- The teacher act as a facilitator of a child. They guide them to solve their problem but don't direct them or order them. The teacher should not control or manipulate the kids.

3. Time: The best gift you can give to someone is your time. Similarly, the kids need the teacher's attention and time.

4. Appreciation: The teachers at Pre-Primary should understand that kids need constant supper and appreciation; therefore, their creativity will be encouraged to make them self expressive and more confident when they are grown-ups.
