Es ist sonnig – It’s sunny

Es regnet – It’s raining

Es ist Wolkig – It’s cloudy

Es schneit – It’s snowing.

Now let’s learn some vocabulary regarding this topic:

Die Sonne – the Sun

Der Mond – the Moon

Der Regen – the Rain

Der Schnee – the Snow

Die Wolke – the Cloud

Der Wind – the Wind

Der Sonnenaufgang – the Sunrise

Der Sonnenuntergang – the Sunset

• Ich will spazieren gehen wenn die Sonne scheint. – I wanna go out when the sun is shinning.

• Ich bleibe zu Hause wenn es regnet. – I stay at home when it’s raining.

• Ich liebe es wenn es schneit. – I love it when it’s snowing.

• Ich gehe raus wenn es wolkig ist. – I go out when it’s cloudy.

“Zu house bleiben” means to stay at home.

Ich bleibe zu house – I stay at home

Ich will heute zu house bleiben – I wanna stay at home.
