We're kicking off the month of July with a mix of art and food... First, we talk to Italian dance company duo Riva & Repele, who were in Madrid for the 'Madrid en Danza Festival'. The production they brought to Spain was the 'Lili Elbe Show', based on the true story of one of the first trans women to undergo gender-affirming surgery. After that, we look into the exportation of one of the most essential elements of Spanish cuisine: olive oil. Teresa Pérez of 'Olive Oils From Spain' gives us the run-down of olive oil usage here (where it's hard to find a dish that doesn't make use of it) and the task of integrating this key ingredient to foreign dishes.
