Solo travelling has become very trendy in the last few years, particularly for women. Back in 2017, the Spanish Confederation of Travel Agencies released a report which revealed that 65% of solo travellers are women... But the increase in popularity has been noticeable is all groups and ages. In Spain 56% of Spaniards have travelled alone at least once, according to an analyisis by Preply.
Well a startup now offers the experience of travelling alone, but accompanied. WeRoad is a platform that organizes group trips in groups sorted by age and affinity. Fabio Bin, their co-founder welcomed us in their Madrid headquarters to tell us all about it.
