Erica Grenci is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Master Herbalist practicing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With a special interest in fertility, hormone balancing & women's health, cellular detoxification, acupuncture and dermatology, she customizes herbal formulas for her patients and focuses on a root-cause approach to healing. Through targeted dietary, lifestyle, herbal, and energetic approaches - she believes a body in balance heals itself.

As a new mother, Erica has been keeping her family healthy with the tried and true holistic principles that she built her successful practice on. As she describes, “The health of our bodies and the health of the planet are one in the same. Mother Earth grows fresh herbs as medicine. We need to go back to our roots.”
