The Dairy Alliance and Georgia Milk Producers, Inc. have collaborated to bring real dairy milk to students in Georgia schools by funding bulk milk dispensers. This initiative promotes the benefits of milk consumption, such as strong bones and a healthy immune system, while reducing waste. By installing dispensers, milk consumption in schools has increased by 29 percent and waste has decreased by 14 points, highlighting the positive impact of this program on student nutrition.
