In this meditation, we train our brain to feel relaxed pleasure without needing anything else except our focus. We will focus on just finding the pleasure in the body, without any specific help.
If you dont feel comfortable with this focus point at this moment I recommend you to start with another meditation first, you can allways come back later to.
We do this practice to learn to just feel pleasure in the body without needing anything outside ourselves, just being in touch with our body. When we gain this skill more and more it is a great way to come into presence and our mindful state.
Before you start find a place where you can be undisturbed during the time of the practice. You can lay down if you want to.
