As a Rural Rehabilitation Coordinator her job is to  help  farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural workers find equipment and technologies that make their work on their operation easier. That can range from upgrading steps or a seat on the tractor all the way to adding a lift to a tractor or truck so even a farmer with paralysis or loss of use of limbs can still access and operate equipment.
