Meet my Dance Ecology teachers, Frieda Kipar Bay and Dana Iova Koga. Frieda is an herbalist, animal tracker, writer, and dancer. Dana is a dancer, writer, and land performance artist who helps people craft their own poetry. Together they are Elemental Vessel. They have influenced much of what I value as is expressed through this podcast. We talk about wayfinding, shapeshifting, and other deeply meaningful and relational human practices that help us locate ourselves in a more than human ecosystem.
