A great anchor to the present moment is our experience of sensation in our body. When we feel our body we come back to this present moment. When we learn to enjoy pleasure in relaxing we will easier step into presence, today we will train this.
Feel free to lay down during the meditation. If it is comfortable for you try to lay with a straight back. Make sure you can be undisturbed for the time of the meditation. Then start and just relax and enjoy.
