The Heart Based Living Initiative have funded an American School Bus – The Heart Bus – which is being launched on 22nd May 2021 in Brighton.  This mobile teaching space will provide sessions in mindfulness, heart coherence and listening spaces. The philosophy is to offer free, practical, no-strings-attached wellbeing resources to people of all walks of life - as well as free soup and teas/coffees.

This heartfelt response to the Covid pandemic will see the Bus travelling across major cities around the UK, visiting, communities, universities, charities, youth centres – in fact anywhere there is a need.
