Enjoy the Process  was inspired by our habitual tendencies to immerse into the challenges of our journey's in a negative way instead of enjoying the growth in every experience. The thing is, most of us have a goal and are ambitious - we even plan out the steps we need to get to the goal. But somewhere in the mist of creating expectations for ourselves, we forget the road bumps that will present itself and we fail to prepare ourself for the mental transitions necessary to overcome.
