Many of us don't start losing weight because we don't really enjoy the process. It is boring, hard, restrictive and many time annoying. I get it. I used to think the same, but if you want to lose weight you need to enjoy the process and find ways to make more fun and pleasurable.
So, in today's episode I talk about finding ways to enjoy the journey of losing weight by including things that you really enjoy doing.
We, humans, avoid doing all things that we don't enjoy, so let's be creative and ask ourselves powerful questions to have an enjoyable process.
