At this short episode I am talking about the fear of getting older and how actually we have to embrace it and accept the most natural and inevitable thing in life that is the fact that we are growing older. There is not coincidence that is called "growing" older because we grow mentally, emotionally and physically.

So, instead fighting growth, embrace it and wear your years with pride. You survived!
