Today, Kathy welcomes a very special guest, Scilla Andreen, producer, director, co-founder and CEO of IndieFlix Foundation, and advocate for mental health.

Scilla and IndieFlix is dedicated to bring stories that inspire change and positive action. The documentary focused films cover topics like cyber-bullying, anxiety, sexual harassment and social media. Most importantly they are a launching point to talk with other adults and our kids about these difficult subjects.
