At their best, healthy 8’s are amazing friends and partners. They’re champions of those less fortunate; they are able to lead and follow when appropriate. Enneagrams 8’s approach the world with courage and resourcefulness. Steamrolling however seems to be a common thread with most 8’s. They like to control and lead everything which can go into challenging authority when they should be following. Steamrolling can also be a huge issue with a team. It can stifle a creative environment and derail progress.
