Massively  successful or just getting started….the wives of Entrepreneurs share so much. These women are incredibly bright and highly influential who are often lurking in the background of their husbands, family and children. Few people, if anyone has any idea as to the level of influence and impact these women have on the business….as well as the marriage, family, social calendar, kids, etc. In fact, I've found most Shadow Powers discredit themselves. “That’s not me” These women are powerhouses in terms of responsibilities & influence- they ARE the epi-center of all things business and personal YET no one seems to serve them, address them, hear them….Talk about a ripple in the pond… this ripple has a massive, systemic impact. Being married to an Entrepreneur or small Business owner is a departure from the ordinary- it’s a whole new brave bonkers world- Their lives, relationships, marriage, kids, social- so much- can be so different  than that of other couples. It can be a challenge to find other women who understand the risk roller-coaster, exhilarating ‘win’s, empty beds at night, loneliness, freedom, excitement around new ideas…. or even the purchase of another domain. Having led a Mastermind group of Shadow Power women for the recent 2+ year ,….I have seen first hand what is possible when: A community is developed where people belong- not just fit in; clarity arises; Confidence emerges and Courage takes hold. There are few things is this life….as encouraging, earth shaking and heart moving...as witnessing a woman come alive, on the journey to become the her best version ...for herself, her Creator, her family business, her marriage, her kids, her community and her future self.
