Guan’s Mushroom Co. of Calfornia is recalling its Enoki Mushrooms from Korea. These may well be contaminated with Listeria. If you eat contaminated product, you are likely to develop a severe, life=threatening gastrenteritis, and that’s particularly likely if you are very young, old, or have a weakened immune system. Even young, healthy individuals will get high fever, headache, nausea, cramps, and diarrhea. Pregnant women may miscarry.
