In this episode, Dr. Crane chats with Temple member Sara Albert who works in food law and policy.  They discuss superabundance, how we are encouraged to eat, eat a lot and eat often, and the crazy takeover of pumpkins during the Fall season. 

Dr. Crane will be joining as at Temple on October 16 for the Henry D. Schlinger Ethics Symposium. Expect an interactive, provocative and hilarious session during Sukkot week when the celebrate the bounty of the harvest.
