"Enough is enough!" A phrase
we often use to express that we are fed up with someone or some thing. But,
most of the time, for mot people, "enough is not enough," ever!
People seem to never have enough time, enough money. They never pray enough,
work enough, study enough, etc. Continuing the sermon series, "Stop Being
Afraid," we explore the fear of anxiousness, about not being sufficient.
These fears start with one word: enough! Really, fears of a future unknown as it relates to
your insufficiency, having enough, doing enough, stockpiling enough, praying
enough. Enough is that nagging notion that gnaws away at your peace
and accuses you of failure by neglect. Reading enough is pouring yourself into
a bottom-less cup, hoping that one day you will have enough to quench your
