On 19 November people around the world will mark World Toilet Day. Christian Aid’s Antoinette Powell caught up with colleagues Sarah Filbey, Jonathan Allan and Susan Barry to hear about their best and worst toilet experiences and some of the 2.6 billion people living without access to good sanitation.
