She is from Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Morehouse School of Medicine and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She is currently practicing as an independent contractor in Cincinnati, Ohio serving children, adolescents, and their families. She is a lover of the arts, sports, peace and serenity, and spending time with family and friends. She is committed to spreading psychoeducation through both conventional and unconventional means with the goal of reaching as many people as she can on a global scale.
