He was previously VP of Product at Gannett, where he oversaw digital product development in key areas for properties that included more than 90 national and local news entities across the USA Today Network. Mitch was the Executive Producer on USA Today’s award-winning Harvest for Change VR series and has won awards including the Pulitzer, the News Innovation Award from the Knight Foundation, and the Best Use of Technology in Journalism from the National Press Foundation.
