Everyone gets triggered; everyone get rubbed the wrong way and has the experience of a reaction that takes us to some older trauma that in the moment we don’t even recognize, where we may be pulled into an emotional state that has US rather than US holding the larger container. Imagine being able to navigate with Presence anything that arises and to integrate it fully into our bodies so we heal. There are so many tools for how we can heal and explore our emotional bodies with kindness and compassion while being honest and transparent. We all know when we get close to people, whether in our intimate love relationships, partnerships or cocreative teams, we bump into our wounds, old stories, old programs, or in Gene Keys language, the core wounds of humanity. These are personal and transpersonal. This is where the juice is and we can dive in and be alchemized by each other. These can be our blindspots or they can be part of our personal invisible architectures running us. Our minds think they can figure it all out but as we are growing up as a species, growing into our full mature emotional bodies, we have to allow the mind to take a back seat. It’s easier than we think, and it’s also still a mastery class we are entering into. We all yearn to fully belong, be seen, know we are worthy, know we do not have to have shame or guilt or separation or live in denial and avoidance and distraction as the dominant mechanisms. The world is full of addictions and control patterns and yet our heart’s desire is to be fully present with each other…..and to heal fully. Let’s drink to that with our soul’s nectar and go on a journey with two beautiful guides into the Heart of our new nervous system. Welcome Amma Li Grace and Theo Grace as our guides.
