After what we saw at the Cenotaph on Sunday we thought we'd discuss one of the major issues we see time and time again, some of the the veteran community believing that they're special and subject to different rules of behaviour than civilians. To do so we invited someone who has worked in the military charity sector and has experienced these attitudes first hand. Ads is a former Royal Marine and now runs the Commando Sundials instagram profile, he's one of the good ones and has worked tirelessly in this field at cost to himself. He joins Gaz, Luke and Ben for a chat about his experiences.

Although not the intention, we also spoke about some of the issues around those seeking help from military charities and the mental health/behaviour/personal history examples that are tied into that.

If we are going to get better we have to talk. It's not negative to highlight behaviour within our own community that damages us all.
