Este entrenamiento consiste en fortalecer y aumentar el equilibrio en nuestro handstand, fortalecer las progresiones que dominamos haciendo series donde podamos pasar de 5sg en adelante, y las que no dominemos con liga, tratando de no sobrecargar el manguito rotador.
They should adjust the number of sets and repetitions according to the level of strength they have. And the rest times between sets should be long, 4 minutes or more, so as not to overload the shoulder and for the training to be effective.
