We talk with entrepreneur and kitchen manager of Bnai Jeshurun Congregation, Paul Fierman. Paul is currently working to become a chef at Cuyahoga Community College and is hoping to get his horseradish business off the ground. He also tells us about a motorcycle ride coming up in June that will raise money for the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage.
