2. Dwayne Banks (Music producer and co-owner of Marylinn's gift gallery)

Dwayne Banks needs no introduction. He's not new to it as a partnership, nor is he new to having a building a street block, none of it. I met him at my Grandpa's funeral. I got to learn a little more about him, how he was a DJ before he was an entrepreneur, where he was an entrepreneur, and he saw Jake's work. Still, he took off once he got into entrepreneurship with his wife, the lovely Mrs. Maryland, thanks because they are co-owners  of Marilyn's gift Gallery in Waco, Texas and I love it because you literally learn a lot from these two because they have a boutique inside of a row strip mall, and they own the strip mall, which is amazing
