Marcus Cope

Marcus Cope is a property investor and orthopaedic surgeon. Marcus’s career as an orthopaedic surgeon has spanned over 13 years across the private sector and NHS, covering North West at three great Ramsay Hospitals, Renacres Hall Hospital, Fulwood Hall Hospital and Euxton Hall Hospital. Last year alone Marcus performed 410 hip and knee joint replacements

In his capacity as a property investor, Marcus is Founder & Director at Kinsman Properties and Panco Holdings Ltd, as well as being a Progressive Property VIP mentee. Marcus invests in the North of England in HMO properties and helps others wanting to invest in property receive better returns on their capital.

 

Joint Venture Between Marcus Cope & Gian Maria Panini
After meeting at a Progressive Property Masterclass training course in February 2019, Marcus & Gian Maria formed a joint venture partnership. Their first project was a conversion of a Victorian terrace into a 9 bed en-suite HMO for the professional market. Their next project has completed and they are tendering builders for the project which is a block of two 2-bed flats and a 4 bed HMO on the ground floor, which needs a cosmetic refurb with a little reorganisation of the flats to optimise the layout Their latest project is a church hall conversion and is just going into planning after being through a pre-application process with some adjusts being made to the design.
