I'm sick of people saying that entrepreneurs need grit ** Grit is more brawn than brains ** What you need is passion ** Grit is a short-term strategy ** It's not always Fun Dip and rainbows ** Passion alone does not make you successful ** It's about the vision that we need to get somewhere ** People are always trying to sell you something ** There are people rooting against you ** You need people around you that tell you what you need to hear ** Break it down so we can build it back up ** We are the shakedown run for your product or idea ** I took a low probability shot ** You have to be okay with the "suck" of it all ** At the end of the day, I'm going to put out a product that will move my company forward ** Passion goes a long way, but you need more than that ** This is going to upset people, but I don't care ** I disagree with that. It's hard to build anything ** You have a job to do, and you got it done. That's not grit.
