You can accomplish a lot in a short amount of time, but if you need more time, choose a longer block of time for a strategy session, for example, 6 to 8 on Saturday morning.
Set business hours but also incorporate strategic time to focus on the bigger picture.
Take at least two hours a week and map out what’s working, what’s not working, and what you are going to change to reach your goals.
In addition, use 1 hour a week on Sunday, to plan for the week ahead.
When you have little time, create theme days so that you can focus your time and accomplish the most possible.
For example, every Monday is the day for creating content, and every Wednesday is the time for podcasting. You can also have a specific day for client calls.
