In rare (and risky) fashion and form, Sean and Chris enter into a group discussion regarding leadership with their wives, Entrepreneur Sandra Christian and Texas Emerging Leaders Executive Director Elizabeth Sanger.

Sandra Christian is owner of Skyline Canopies and solo entrepreneur extraordinaire. Originally from Sweden, Sandra received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Swedish and Math and was on track to becoming a teacher. Instead, she accepted a Nanny position with a family in Boston. Afterward, Sandra intended to return to Sweden and resume a career in teaching, but fate - and love - intervened. She followed her heart and her military man to Texas, tying the knot in 2012. After a few years working in retail, starting a running club, and her husband's military career, she found herself consistently promoting other local brands and organizations and recognized the need for promotional materials and displays. From there, Skyline Canopies LLC was born from Sandra's desire to provide others with high-quality, affordable products and her desire to serve her community and network.
