Dr. Tavara Johnson interviews Dori LaMarra. Dori is the founder of Elite Leaders, LLC. She has been a business entrepreneur since 1977. Owning and operating dance studios, building industry, and leadership. Embracing leaders to grow more leaders to achieve success is indicative of her desire to inspire others. She has devoted her life to assisting people in achieving their dreams and in growing into leadership positions. Incorporating the importance of Brain Health for her clients has set her apart. Her forty plus years of experience is comprised of serving on local Chambers of Commerce boards and coaching business owners to gain confidence with resources to build a positive culture of success, advising the Miss America Organization at the local and state level, she has produced and directed various entertainment events, celebrations, and seminars, and provides guidance for students pursuing entertainment careers. Dori is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer, and Leader and is active in the Global Youth Initiative. She is a Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant in the Maxwell Method, as well as Parenting and Familycoaching.
