My name is Toby and I was just recently diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, and PTSD.
These entries are the journey through my life pre and post therapy, what that was like, and how different things are now I’ve sought help. I will also be including strange tales and unique experiences to help better get to know me and to get a hearty chuckle.
I mostly hope to inspire people who need help as I did to seek it and how much better things can be for not only yourself, but those who love and worry about you.
