I caught myself in something new today. I was angry—like really angry—but I wasn’t heavy. I wasn’t exhausted. I was calm. I was clear. It wasn’t fear, it wasn’t defense, it was a boundary. A solid “no” that didn’t shake my peace. I realized I’m not fighting to keep up an appearance or be socially acceptable. I’m just standing in who I am and who I choose to be.
