Christine Loh, Hong Kong undersecretary for the environment and former CEO of the public policy think tank Civic Exchange, discusses environmental developments in Hong Kong, offers a perspective on regulatory interactions with China’s neighboring Guangdong Province and outlines issues and opportunities for ensuring regional environmental balance for Hong Kong’s seven million residents.  This was a public program with Q and A conducted in New York, February 7, 2013 and moderated by National Committee Vice President Jan Berris.
