Today Carter is super thrilled to talk with Megan today. Her class ignited the spark for Carter's passion in environmental education! She is an exceptional outreach coordinator, works a liaison to the Friends of Schmeeckle Reserve, she coordinates the Reserve's volunteer program, and manages events and outreach. Megan also serves as an instructor of environmental interpretation in the College of Natural Resources and is a phenomenal teacher. She graduated with a master's degree in environmental education/interpretation from UW-Stevens Point in 2013. Prior to returning to school, she worked in journalism for eight years, writing outdoor stories and serving as editor of an agricultural newspaper.
