Dr Martin Fluker has lectured in Tourism at Victoria University for over 16 years. His professional experience includes Australian Marketing Manager of Peregrine Adventures and member of the senior management team on Hamilton Island Resort. He is founder of the Fluker Post Research Project and has developed expertise in both Community-Based Environmental Monitoring solutions and nature-based tourism. Martin's Fluker Post Research Project is a citizen science system designed to allow community members to contribute towards the ongoing care of various natural environments by taking photographs from fixed photo-points (Fluker Posts), emailing them into [email protected], and having them arranged in chronological order within a Picasa Web Album. see www.FlukerPost.com .
